You have the email, right?

Send out an email saying this:

Subject line: "You have horrible reviews on your Yelp account"

"I was browsing through your Yelp account and noticed that 2 star review and the other bad reviews. I am pretty sure your company still offers great service and you guys don’t deserve such bad reviews.

Customers do take a look at these reviews and judge the business based on that alone, so I took the liberty to help you out a bit.

I decided to create a nice little blog of all your good reviews. I would gladly allow you to look at here: link.

If you are interested on taking ownership of this blog and add it to your website, please email me at (your email). I would gladly discuss with you how you can utilize this site."

So, you probably are confused on what's going to happen now.

To be frank with you, the next part will usually involve having a business owner either saying:

"So, great site compiling all the reviews. What now?"

Or

"Do I have to buy it from you?"

Or

"Why don't I put the reviews on my website?"

The goal at this point is to let the business know that they NEED IT, which they do.

Take a look these responses to use based on what they ask you (use

the following responses at your disposal and please edit them when you can to make them more effective)

"So, great site compiling all the reviews. What now?"

You can buy this site, and put a link of it on your website.

It is a great way to be able to save all of those Yelp reviews easily. Now, people can go to your site and see the good things people are saying about you.

Yes, you do. You can use buy this site for only ($20,$50,$99).

"Why don't I put the reviews on my website?"

(If a business asks something like this, here is what I have done: I have OFFERED THIS FOR FREE. I mean, it's super easy to make, so I just offered it for free. Not a problem. Why? Because it makes them see what I can do for them for free.)

When I offered this service for free, I sold them on brochures, flyers, and paper advertisements for their store right after I delivered the service (or around two to three days after). Attached in this guide is the Overnight Offline Cash. This is where I teach you all about how to sell flyers.

The idea behind this method and the method in that other PDF is to simply sell them on brochures where they can use in their store that gives clients a discount or incentive for leaving a review on their Yelp review page.

This is extremely profitable because if you sell it for $20 on the front end, you could earn an extra $400-$700 on the back end selling them brochures and flyers for their reviews. Please go through the Overnight Offline Cash to get a good idea on how to deliver this service.

(Once a month, I tell the business owners who buy the website and the review management flyers that I'll take their reviews from Yelp and put the good ones on the Gmail site for them for free just as a way of saying thank you for buying the site and the flyers. By the end of the month, they usually have ran out of flyers or they are all damaged, so I get them new ones - a other $500+.)

Now that you know this idea, take advantage of it and try it. It's a super simple way of getting clients interested. Again, if you're not in such a rush, you could give it away for a fee, but then lower it down to $0 FREE just to be nice to them, and they'll look at you as this guy who wants to truly help them out. And while you do, I am sure you want to make some cash, and then you can upsell them on these flyers or anything else you see may help their business....better and more marketing... SEO......website redesign......and anything else you believe to be helpful for them...
