Go to your favorite search engine and search for forums where people hang out are looking for stress related information. You can look for forums about stress, meditation, relaxing, or other self-help forums where people will be interested in your eCourse.

Take note of any of the URLs to postings that you would like to make a post at. Then sign up for the forum, fill out your information including your signature file that you would like listed at the bottom of each posting. Be sure to add a link or your opt in page to every page on your website. If you add a link, just make sure to have a great headline to grab people's attention to it that makes them want to click to go to your squeeze page. Once you have them to your squeeze page it will do all the work for you.
